Information we collect

questionnaire, participation and donation forms, including your name, contact
details, message, responses and donation-related information. Basic technical
information may also be processed when you visit the website, such as device,
browser and security-log information.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer participation in the
dialogue, process and acknowledge donations, protect the website, improve our
work and meet applicable administrative or legal obligations.
Service providers and external services
The website uses service providers for hosting, forms, translation,
communications and donations. Those providers may process information only as
needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms. Links to
external websites and social-media platforms are governed by those services’
privacy notices.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website is not cookie-free. It uses a limited number of cookies and
similar technologies needed for website security, language preferences,
forms, donations and basic traffic measurement. These may include a Cloudflare
security cookie, a GTranslate language-preference cookie, GiveWP
donation-session cookies and measurement technologies supplied by the website
host.
We do not currently use cookies to serve personalised advertising. When you
use an embedded or linked third-party service, such as a translation, donation
or social-media service, that provider may set or read its own cookies under
its privacy terms. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser
settings, although doing so may affect language selection, forms or donation

Retention and security
